The chance of false positives is believed to be almost zero. (Realistically, the sample would probably have to have been contaminated, but where would the COVID contaminant come from? A teammate's sample? ) The chance of a false negative is roughly 1/2 to 1/3. Why everyone wants to cling on to negative results and doubt positive results, I don't know. Obviously Worsfold has 'political' motivation for doing so. You wonder whether he actually believes what he says. He trained as a pharmacist.What'sinaname wrote:...
