So good to read a positive post after a win instead of the s-d sacks and the negative nellies who seem to be despondent. To each their own.

I sure as heck wouldnt want any of them in the trenches next too me, thats for sure. Hell, we won, take it, North were primed for that match, and we won, take it and have a beer, chill out, enjoy the moment.

Woo hoo,let’s party like it’s 1999!

Seriously,I’m happy to take any win at this stage,so I’m happy to have got the win.I’m not that type of supporter that hopes we lose every game, just so that they can complain about the coach and tell everyone I told you so.I think we have quite a few of those here.No names of course, but it’s pretty easy to work out who they are.

Time to get a few other monkeys off our backs as well. Especially those who specialise in criticising non stop, even after a long awaited win. Try saying that to the players celebrating a well deserved win. Not cool.

I know many here were hoping for a loss, with a view to expediting the departure of Bucks and the coaching staff.
Bu just think about what a win means to the players, both the old stalwarts like Sidey and Pendles and the loyal soldiers like Crisp and Maynard, Roughy, Checkers.
Likewise, the up and comers like Noble, IQ and young Daics need to be rewarded with a win occasionally.
The first year players desperately need to know what it feels like to win for their continued development - there were four in the Gatorade shower tonight, who will remember the occasion forever.

So before you rubbish the virtue of this win, think about that.

It's always good to win, & I think we can all agree on that. But let's not kid ourselves, nothing has changed from last week or the week before - we are a club in a very deep crisis and there are much bigger issues at hand than four premiership points. Wouldn't you agree?

Norf are one of the worst teams the last 20 years.

Don’t be fooled.

Despite the number of young players we had tonight, we should have beaten them 40+ points.

Thank goodness they are that crap they couldn’t come home with the momentum. Any other team would have beaten us.

Don’t want to sound pessimistic but Buckley looked lost when Norf came within a goal in the 3rd.

Of course Wolf. I'm not suggesting that this win will stop the inevitable. I'm just saying that it's important for the future, especially regarding the younger players.
Plus, it's a short, but welcome hiatus for those poor bloody players who go out there each week and bust their guts regardless , which reminds me..... up there Checkers!!!! :D

Great to hear the song and would be a real buzz for the young fellas.

Everyone walks a little taller after a win and hopefully the positive vibe can continue to build.

GO THE PIES!
