Having a great year is Josh!
When he is involved in general play you know it will lead to good things!.. The more involvement,... the more good things!

PS: I like it when he kicks it to TARRANT :P

fantastic year, especially considering the little footy he played last year. The only thing he can improve in at this stage is his set shots at goal. Has struggled a little this year which is unusual for him. But in all, an out and out champion for us this year.

Hope he can raise the bar another notch come finals time ;-)

Good summer in the gym and we trade and get a ruckman and you will then how a new age CHF plays.

Star of the future - 2 power forwards - Josh and Didak - with Rusling the 3rd forward star.

Yes, he can get better. While he is in very good form at the moment, we probably need him pushing forward more and scoring a few extra goals. I thnk the time has come, too, that he stood up and really took a game by the throat, as he threatned to do in 2001 and 2002. Keep up the form, Josh.

He has a good record in September, too (2002 Grand Final, 2003 Grand Final, and both preliminary's. Struggled in the Qualifying Final, 02 vs Port with one kick, though!).

Easily the best ive seen Josh play in quite a long time. However we are still getting smacked in the clearence department, which is a major concern to any number 1 ruckman.

The problem with Josh is that he becomes a secondary wingman after the ball in bounced, which means he works a lot harder than other ruckman and hence puffs out quicker. Therefore in time on he becomes vulnerable and we are getting smacked out of the centre late in the quarters.

Josh will be a 10 times better player if we can find a backup ruckman to take 35% of centre bounces, while Josh pushes forward to become a 3rd tall. This makes our forward line more potent, especially with Rocca and Tarrant attracting most of the attention.

However, full credit to Josh. He is taking on the ruck responsibilities single handedly and doing a fantastic job. If he had some support it would really help. However it is good to see him finally have a pretty much injury free year and stringing some good footy together

could get better...

if we get a grunt ruckman and he can float forward more...

Play him at full forward more often and he will destroy the AFL single handedly.

What I love with Fraz is that he can rove the ball, keep on running without getting tangled in his long limbs!

Definatley been his best season imho.

Josh should efinitely be our captain next year with Clement and Didak as his deputies. As a ruckman, his best years are yet to come. Often ruckman don't play their best football until they are in their late 20s. He won't win the brownlow, but he's a good bet for the Copeland.
