Dunno who the hell Lasso is, BUT I do know, Fly is the best thing to happen too Collingwood, since a Magpie first landed at Victoria Park. He is going to be one of the great Coaches.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but thought it was very interesting. Here is how Mason Cox describes Fly as a coach:

For those who have seen Ted Lasso and the comparisons with Craig McCrae ( his wife even says it’s him

Good call WPT. Jarred Waite is a dead ringer for 'the Beard'.

As for Fly being Ted Lasso, the likeness is growing week by week. 8)

Watched him on afl 360 last night, their makeup department didn't quite hide his last 48 hours of celebrating and decompression. Was very relaxed and lacked his usual quick witted replies. What a massive fortnight it has been, a prelim for his 50th, fatherhood and a flag! :D

Love how they named their child Maggie, I did the same thing 7 years with my beloved little Jack Russell, Cavalier cross :D

On 360:he admits not wearing Jock McHale medal yet and his reason is typical
of the mans character

Feels some form of acknowledgement in the possible form of a medal should be implemented

Here is an hour long interview of our coach going through a bit of his history and methods of how he got to be who he is, and the culture he wanted to build. A good listen.

Pushed the Doctor aside and delivered Maggie himself while massaging Bobby Hill's hammies for the big game, can do it all.
