Thanks for posting this David. I am not familiar with Lana Del Ray but I enjoyed the clip. The actual title of my thesis was "The Professionalisation and Commercialisation of Australian Football, 1975-1996" What it was actually about was the transformation of the VFL to the AFL and the professionalism and commercialism that accompanied the transformation. I haven't posted it online, David, although I believe it is available in hard copy from Monash University Library Clayton,

A new take away shop has opened up in Broadmeadows - the road and surrounding factories are mainly industrial and has a lot of trucks going to and from distribution centres. In short its mainly an anglo area of a perceived middle eastern suburb.
The store partners delivered out their menus to local business and all of their bacon products have been replace by beef.
Example of the menu - Egg & Bacon Roll - fresh cracked egg and beef rasher for bacon.
Currently I drive past this shop to get an E&B sanga most mornings and I bet they will get a lot of curious people in until they work out the pig and chook bum nugget toastie aint what she ought ta be bloke.
I will keep you all posted but I suspect this joint will be closed within 3 months.

China's growing middle class is renowned for its love of expensive art objects and jewelry made of ivory. Powdered ivory is also said to have an aphrodisiac effect in Asia. This means that high demand and international restrictions on the ivory trade have created a lucrative black market.
