I think he will get stronger and bigger by next year he will be a nice extra option for sitting in the goalsquare or something and taking strong marks.
He has been playing AFL since 1998. He won't get much bigger from here.

I still think he has a bit to offer to the club. He could play that vital link role that Nick Davis played in 2001 as the third tall forward. If he's going to play seniors, he must kick 35 or more goals for the year. He'll find out soon if he gets delisted or not.

Since when? A lot of people say that about him.

I reckon people put too much into the 'crunching' he got. If he can't cop a bit of a crunch then he is soft as butter and shouldn't be playing.

Williams must go, he has no future at Collingwood.

I don't know how you can say he can't get much bigger? If he does more intense weight training with a better diet age is no concern here.

Why would we want him to get bigger?

Help him take contested marks.

He copped two crunches ina few weeks (B.Hall and Hawks) and since then he has done jack all really. I think Brad Scott is the culprit. He roughed him up in round 4 03 and he has never been the same...

Like I said J26, people look too much into that. He is soft as if he can't handle that sorta crap. I think that has been the excuse we've been using for the last year, and it no longer cuts it.

Clokey, he can take contested marks, as is, but he is weak as water.

Well size could make his less soft. Hardness has alot to do with self confidence, if he is bigger he will be more confident to go in hard and believe he won't get hurt. Or not care.

Yeah I don't think many people agree with me on this but just what I think but you guys aer cool.

For a lot of people, this is what they would like to see, preferably sooner rather than later!

I think everyone judges him too harshly.

He needs the confidence of his team-mates and support staff restored and i think he will be a good player. Early on there were signs that he and embley were similair players.

We all know embley has transgressed into a great player, and i think Williams can still do a good job for us.

Its similair to the time that Schauble got knocked in the kidneys by Dean Wallis, until he switched clubs he was useless.

That time Williams got Ko'd at Colonial against Sydney wrecked him. He just needs a go. Get off his back.

Actually, it was against Hawthorn. How do I know? I was calling that game in The Virtual Outer.

It was the knock against the Dawks that started his downward spiral. He was attempting to mark when, I think it was either Picioane or Lekkas, pole-axed him from behind.

If Williams is still on our list after October 29th I will be stunned/amazed/bewildered/disollusioned. He is an absolute dud.
