Thumbs up, mate.

Mark it down to experience. :)

Should also mention Langdon's game. I thought he handled the pressure very well. Beat his man on numerous occasions and 22 disposals with 86% efficiency is quality stuff from any player.
Well done boys!

Fas not looking good, lets hope its not serious.
Might miss a week anyway for the bump on Chappy.
Doubtful. It was more incidental contact in a contest given that Young was clearly going for the ball. Not reportable.

How about Frost's bump on Heppell? Any head high contact there?

Totally agree - I thought from last week he (Langdon) was starting to look tired and might be about to be dropped - he stepped up and played his best game in the black and white.

His pace is fantastic... just so good to have those burners down back!

Gotta say I felt a little ill at quarter time, and I was in shock at half time. Brilliant comeback by the boys. Restricting an attacking team like the Bummers to 3 goals in 3 qtrs of footy is the stuff that premiership teams are built on :D

in the pre game thread someone mentioned Macca should go on Heppell
for the first tagging role. he didn't have much of it in the first 3/4s but
could have been a different story in the last if they got a role on.
keep it in the vault for next time Pies for i though it was the only concern
in a brilliantly coached match.
no second chances

Keeffe will be a hard done by if dropped in the near future. he's set up
and composure down there is reassuring. sold a beauty to Merritt i think.
well done.
can't say there will be anyone dropped unless of injuries of course.
no second chances

No need to apologize, GreekLunatic. Most sane people thought we were gone too. At 40-3, I called it an abortion to trump all abortions. We were playing like sh!t at the time, and you called it as you saw it. Nothing wrong with that.

Go the Pies!

great win, one to keep to watch again when we have the bye in a fortnight.

Add Ben Reid to the forward line and Marley Williams to the backline and wr will be looking pretty dam good.

Heppell had 19 disposals till half time and was allowed to much latitude all day.

Great win by our boys, those last three quarters once again was a real team effort.

Even better win when you hear that we played the last quarter a man down with Young off with a bad corky.

Celebrate this win them move on to the real scum next Friday night.
