You do recall what Howie went through last season?.?? As his confidence in his knee returns, he'll leap again.
Hoping so hard that Billy's injury is not too serious. He really deserves a change of luck. He was right back to the Billy of old in the first 5 quarters this year. Shitf*l footy gods!!

could have easily been in the back. There were at least three daicos goals tonight that were better than that one. I love that the marvel gets credit for the genre. For some reason, they are also suggesting that Stevie J invented the around the body set shot. I guess its true but i didnt know that....
Go Pies!!
How was Moore’s mark whilst sandwiched between 2 muppets?
Brilliant. One of the best I’ve seen live. I need to see the replay, but that was amazing from the stands

Howe was How-rrific tonight. I dont understand why people know certain player's disposal (like Taylor Adams and Noble - who by the way, rarely make any mistakes as they play within their skillset) and Howe always seems to get a free pass, even though he is often responsible for a few goals the other way from boneheaded plays.
Actually tonight, Howe, Crisp AND Maynard all guilty of poor decision making regarding disposal.

Yep, he was running rings around the commentators in terms of insight and analysis, great to see

Equally amazing on TV. A stud of a play too because that was a certain goal if he didn't mark it.
Moore is completely in command of the game at this point in his career. Time for us to destroy him by demanding he gets moved forward.
As you think about wanting him to make the move. Just remember. 18 intercept possessions tonight.

I turned to my Pies mates and commented that Moore's mark is close to MOTY! (Yes, not spectacular, but 9.9 degree of difficulty.)
How the hell did he clunk that???
I was already looking 10 metres ahead for the ball spill and a Carlton I50 ... but the ball stuck in his mitts like glue.

Cripps has had 8 kicks in each of the first 2games. McGuane said on radio this week that he is not an elite mid because he can only run up to 12k’s a game. I hope we aren’t chasing him, he is very over rated.
The new rules don’t suit him either. Way less stoppages and less congestion.
The best big mids should be able to stay on the ground and rest up forward and make a scoreboard impact like Martin ( not that he’s big ) Degoey, Bont, Fyfe etc. You wouldn’t put Cripps in that category.
