He's 25.
How many players can say they have two fantastic Grand Final performances under their belt in their early twenties.
Not many, but Josh is unassuming, modest, yet will always play with class and panache above his years.
It's amazing that Malthouse has selected Josh for sole ruck duties this Saturday (though Bryan is an emergency). What a massive test in his 150th.
Mick believes in his man and why shouldn't he. He always performs on the big stage.

I recall MM played Josh as the lone ruckman against the WCEs (last year?) on the basis that he wanted him to take the full load and not rely on backup support. I wonder if he's doing it again, although obviously Bryan may play this time.fraser25 wrote:He's 25.

ive been wearing Joshs #25 on my back since the day he was drafted and i still proudly wear it, despite the fact its a couple sizes too small haha
i still have no idea why people dig into Josh on here so much, he is one of the best ruckmen going around, i would say behind Cox, however Cox has the best midfield around him.
I believe Josh has changed the game some what, along with Cox. He is now requiring every ruckmen coming through to not only be a ruckmen but act as a wingmen or rover. He is a freak and when he is at his best he is fantastic to watch.
Congratulations.

Fraser's game?
I didn't see or even hear the game yesterday but his Josh's stats looked very impressive and he was named in the best players - how did everyone rate his game?
I think therefore I think - I think

Started like a house on fire - along with Thomas, he was responsible for our first quarter charge - and kept working hard all day. Copped a couple of inexplicable decisions from the umps, which frustrated him, but a really good game from Josh. Imagine if we had another quality ruckman to help him?
