Jason Wild has three sons; Cameron, Mitch and Jake. Jason did not play enough games for them to qualify for F-S, and I think the youngest is now 20?

I remember they had links to Carlton under Next Generation Academy, but they must have passed. Cameron played some games for the VFL team this year. Reminds me of when Craig Starcevich's son played for our VFL team a few years back.

Ned McKeown played a few games for us in the Magoo’s but he’s mid twenties now and playing in the country.

I don’t see any press about Buck’s boys. Jett would have been eligible for U16 VIC Metro but wasn’t named. His interests might lie elsewhere.

How many illegitimate sons does Brian “Strauchanie” Strauchan have floating around out there?
I’d be keen to hear how they’re tracking?
Are any of them NOT in juvenile detention?

Don't think he quite made the 100 games did he?

With 2 teams of pretty, fit young things running around together, the club should be encouraging as much "socializing" as possible. Imagine the possible father/mother/son/daughters in 20 years time.

Worth a late pick I would have thought? Him on minimum wage learning the craft, or a delisted free agent?

He’s part of the Dragons program but he prioritised APS footy this year, so he didn’t play for them very often. That’s likely why there’s little video footage / highlights of him. Right now he’s a work in progress, so a lot will depend on his NAB Cup output in 2023.

Hang on a sec, so he has nominated for the draft? I haven't read anything about him leading up to the draft.

The father-son prospects
Collingwood: Nicky Christian (son of Michael)

The Next-Generation Academy
Collingwood: Yuyu Ashwin

Just looking up anything on him and see there's a guy called Yuyu Ashwin in our NGA, but haven't heard anything on him either.

^^^

Nick Christian qualifies as an F S selection this year but he only makes it by a couple days ( born in late Dec ) so being a tall, he may hold off until the 2023 draft. There’s every possibly he could play as an over age player for the Dragons next year.

Ashwin played in our VFL team, mainly later in the season but it was hard to get a handle on him because he didn’t get much of the ball. Generally played as high half forward / winger type. Maybe a rookie selection at best but I doubt if his name will get called out at the N D.
