Well, there you go, defensive problems solved. Those who were panicking look a little silly now.

For the style we seem to want to play:

Keeffe > N.Brown
Dunn > Frost

Tool of the highest order. One-paced, no creativity and couldn't crack a game with the Demons this year. Don't want him.
Chase Alex Silvagni, much happier with that. Give me a mobile back eight that knows when to run, when to be daring and, above all, can use the ball to advantage.
Explain it to me like I'm a four year old. Ted Whitten is an AFL legend, and Bob Rose isn't?

My most hated guy from Melbourne, due to his continual holding of Cloke and little cheap shots to our guys. I jeered every slight mistake he made... this one's going to be a challenge to embrace if it happens, but if he pulls on the black and white, all will be forgiven :( :? :?
Get back on top.

Dunn's better than Silvagni at pretty much everything you've listed there. Quicker, better mark, better kick.

Dunn was the Dees best kick just happened they went with the McDonald brothers due to age this year....

Yep, he's an elite kick, best part of his game. He'd be a very good pick up if a couple of years younger. As it is he's a stopgap but one who can play the game we want better than either Brown or Frost.

Why you rather Silvagni when he Got De-Listed from a Shocking Freo Team?

Dunn is better than Silvagni, not by much, but by enough.

^^I think he's far better. Just can't think of anything that Silvagni does particularly well and has not played more than 10 games in a season since 2010.

Dunn played 22 games in 2014 and 2015, then younger players were preferred in 2016.

Silvagni had been kept out by Dawson, McPharlin and Johnson pre 2016 in a team that made a GF in 2013 and a PF in 2015. He was injured for a lot of 2016, which is why he didn't play much. Freo is in rebuild mode, this is why they would have let a 29 year old Silvagni go.

Dunn played in a lowly Melbourne side until they improved this year.

He can play, but I rate Dunn slightly better.
