He is one of many largely irrelevant AFL players who get the ball a lot, do virtually nothing with it, and, in so doing, achieve nothing except to ensure that the team's good ball users don't have it in their hands.

Adams performs a different function. I have said my piece about Adams on a few occasions. Let's just wait to see how he goes with some better help around him, now that we no longer wear the Treloar albatross.
