Lol at these arsewipes for spending all their petrol tickets last week, in a meaningless game; that'll teach you for beating up on kids in the final round, instead of pacing yourselves without the week off. Suckers!!

And I'm crying tears of joy

Wow; just wow. Where do you get this stuff from?!

Love the way they lose to new teams in alphabetical order, at 2-3 year intervals. Bad news is - they've reached the end of the alphabet!

Greene is in doubt for the sudden-death showdown and may not be available again until next season, with match review officer Michael Christian charging him on Sunday with "intentional umpire contact".
AFL rules state "contact with an umpire that is aggressive, forceful, demonstrative or disrespectful will be deemed intentional and the player will be directly referred to the tribunal".
The level of force is irrelevant.

^ I have seldom seen such an incompetent display of umpiring. Being totally neutral in this game allowed me to judge with complete objectivity as well. Weightman received 2 goals from frees that were not there (the push in the side when over the boundary line and then the high free when he decided to run between Draper's rib cage and armpit) were both appalling decisions, for a couple of reasons. First, and foremost, they were charity goals to the Dogs. Neither was there. Second, they could not have occurred at a worse time for Essendon. The game was at maximum intensity and energy levels; the umpires' incompetent decisions would have been a psychological body blow for them. In the end, I think Essendon players were too scared to lay a finger on Weightman, for fear that he would be awarded a charity free.
I am just so relieved that Collingwood was not involved in that game. Had we been at the receiving end of that incompetence, which due to its nature objectively played the same role as cheating, I would have had to have been sedated chemically.

So Greene has to face the music.
AFL dilemma: Rub out one of their poster boys, or uphold "thou shalt not touch an umpire".
Who wins?

Considering what he copped when Selwood got off the same week, I really hope he just gets a fine. Besides he’s in my plans for a fight fest, I need him to play!
