If Pies are above the Hawks this week, David's account should be deleted.

Sure, maybe sometimes? But usually not until after I’ve already done this for the week. I certainly have some idea of the actual standings, but I try not to let it bias my rankings either way.

Anyone reckon Hawthorn should be higher this week, by the way?
There’s no crow like an early crow David. But yes, I maintain my opinion of 6 weeks that the Hawks should be higher.

Prepared to concede now David?

Sheesh... This hubris didn't age well, did it? :(

For the record, my opinion on Haw. hasn't really changed in the last month or so. I'll be shocked if they win the flag from here... But surely they're much better than David reckons.

It's been a topsy-turvy season for Brissy and Geebung... But before that, no one would have been surprised if any team had been belted by Brissy in Brissy or Geebung at the Cattery. Just one loss for Haw. at the Cattery and David declares victory... Sheesh...

I haven't been able to bring myself to face this thread (or anything AFL-related) since Saturday. I promise I will provide an appropriate update soon. ;)

Won 9 of their last 11, convincingly, and they're 9th on a 'form' ladder?.

Other than; Freo - one of the most in form sides at present. GWS - M y tip fir the flag. Brisbane - their only defeat in months as they've stormed up the ladder. If they hadn't stolen defeat from the jaws of victory in that Port game, they'd already be in the top 6.

Anyone who still doubts the Hawks as a top 8 side knows nothing about football. Any 'form' analyst who has them ranked outside the top 4 sides going around at present is delusional.

Dogs arguably the in-form team with big scalps against Carlton, Geelong (at Kardinia Park) and Sydney (at the SCG).

^ That's pretty close to how I'd go. Sydney & Carlton (both sides only wins since June have been against norf) a few rungs lower IMO.

David's hubris continues to age worse and worse!!

Now 11 out of 13... And the 2 losses, they threw away wins from 5 goals up*... And against top-4 oppo.

* Hmm... Not sure 'bout that media claim. Media may have mixed up the Port game and the Geebung game.
