Two chickens wandered into my driveway last night. The dog killed one of them and then there was one left which we kept overnight. I called her Davis.. I don't know if I can keep Davis, I hope so

Two disruptive members of the Board of the local footy club got the arse last night, been coming for ages.
Glad they are gone.

What made me happy today was taking the boy to Seymour to do his driving test for his P's. Took his ute up in case they didn't have a manual car available, and they didn't so he sat the test in the ute.
Passed with flying colours, intructor said he was a very good driver. Apparently while they were driving around, the instructor passed a comment that he was doing well, and was a little non-plussed when the boy informed him he'd never had a proper driving lesson with an instructor before, his Dad had taught him to drive.
Still, was a funny feeling watching him drive off on his own after he dropped me back home.
