It's not Malthouse's fault Carlton are 0-3. Injuries and form are the real issue at the Blues.

The pressure must be mounting on Brad Scott though.

And if Mark Neeld holds his job any longer he will be bringing the game into disrepute. I want this pretender GONE! After combined losses of nearly 300 points in three games, I will spell it out: Neeld c-a-n-n-o-t coach.

Neeld's body language doesn't look good. I don't trust the eye twitch (he's got the Phil Dunphies :P ).

While I agree with the premise of your argument re depth, when i assess the Top 6 from each - Really?

Let's say
1/ Pendlebury vs Franklin vs Kennedy vs Cox v Murphy
2/ Swan vs Mitchell vs Jack vs Priddis vs Judd
3/ Beams vs Rioli vs O'Keefe vs Waters vs Scotland
4/ Cloke vs Roughead vs Goodes vs Naitainui vs Waite
5/ Reid vs Birchall vs Richards vs Glass vs Gibbs
6/ Sidebottom/Thomas vs Lewis/Hodge vs McVeigh/Hannebery vs Selwood/Kennedy vs Carrazzo/Walker/Betts

5/6 of those Pies & 4 Hawks & Eagles & 3 Swans have been All Australian in the past 2 years
Maybe the top 2 Blues only and their key position players at either end are also pretty weak

Yeah, and I'm sure that you would afford Bucks the same leeway if we were 0-2 with our injury list & Jolly going down early last week.

I think we all know the answer to that - as your fellow troglodyte would say, Pigs Arse!!!

You are an idiot. Neeld was king hit in a game and had a brain injury that causes his twitch.

Mick'll be there next year even if they win only 3 games. Does he have another 'rebuild' in him?

Kevin Sheedy and his bunch of over-rated draft picks have just saved Neeld's bacon until Collingwood annihilates the bastards in a few week's time.

I hate incompetence in football and to think GWS would let Melbourne score 12 goals in the final quarter is nothing short of a disgrace. Match-fixing? :?

Why do you hate incompetence in football and to think GWS would let Melbourne score 12 goals in the final quarter is nothing short of a disgrace so much?

The won't score 12 goals in the game against us HAL. The Dees fans thought they'd won a grand final. That's how low they stoop these days for success. And yes, Mark Neeld is gone, this is only going to delay the inevitable.

Enough about me, let's talk about the Pies.

^@Spain

Most inane statement ever. No coach lasts forever.

Voss' year is continuing to come under scrutiny.

Jack, I usually take everything you say with a grain of salt and have a good laugh most of the time.

However, in this case, I must say, your Neeld comment about the twitch is a low blow. Even for you! Comon' dude!

If you and Hiss really want to run Collingwood one day and want my vote (so far you're both looking good), then you can't say shit like that!

On a completely unrelated note...

First coach gone in 2013... Voss.

^ It's not just the twitch, but his facial expressions make him look like he's always about to break into tears. Look at the footage of his speeches (the infamous one before the game a few weeks ago and the ones at quarter and three quarter time). No wonder the players are confused. They don't know how to read his body language.

Call that unfair? So what? Having positive body language is a major issue in a coach projecting authority. I'm sorry for Neeld, that that's the way the cookie crumbles. :x

yeah, not sure if it was a result of the hit or not but I do find his expressions odd, especially the one where he looks as though he's about to burst out in tears. For the record, I don't believe any coaches will be sacked this year, unless Hird is found guilty of something of course. Even that is unlikely, it wouldn't be from the club, that's for sure.
