Reports are we'll get him for a future 2nd or 3rd round pick. A number of deals in the air for both clubs though.

Hope we don't keep trading our future for some short term gains all the time.

I'm not as concerned when your bringing in talented 22-23 year olds.

Well the reports of free agents we were supposedly into have come true. So I'm believing we will get this one. I understand he is still contracted, although this doesn't appear to mean anything these days.

This young man looks like he could be anything. Hopefully a 200 game star for the Pies.

WHE to pies will happen I think.

Stewart to Essendon sounds like it might happen too. Carlton not pleased about it. How does Collingwood feel about it?? (I think we should try for him and WHE together).

Still hasn't nominated us publicly, i'd be happy to pay this years second rounder for him, or next years first if GWS give us a promising young defender as well.
Defender...........

I wouldn't mind Stewart, but i'd 'try' and turn him into a defender.

WHE-Stewart and a 3rd rounder for our 2017 first rounder?

We are not in a position to trade a future first round pick. There is a rule that Im not 100% sure about, but we'd have to bring in a future first rounder in 2018 if we traded a future pick in successive seasons??

I dont think we'd need to trade a future 1st round anyway. I think we can get this done with picks coming in for Williams, Witts, Frost, etc.

In saying that, the press have stated that we are out of the running for Stewart. And perhaps Essendon can offer more, but the passion for Collingwood might still be in his blood.

We need a second or third sting ruck. There he is.

We need a KPP to cover Moore or White. There he is.

Collingwood, GET WHE and GET Stewart.

What a tragedy, struggling to get Stewart when we could have taken him as a f-s in the first place. Ridiculous.

Stewart wasn't worth a second rounder. Not sure he's even worth trading in now.
