Can anyone tell me WHO the selection committee is?? The question needs to asked how can Broomhead, and Phillips be continually selected.Clearly, both are not up to it.Some of their &%%& ups today, would see them kicking off the dew at any other club. How do you credibly leave out an AA centre half back? How is it that our No 1 draft pick,3 years ago can't get a game? How was it that Langdon still gets a game when it clearly shows he has allowed the game to pass him by. Yeah Yeah,he took a few marks in the last qtr.Too little too late. How long do we watch Sidebottom butcher the ball. How many times do we watch Fasolo fall over?? How many times is Treloar allowed to handball over his head,BACKWARDS?? and see an opposition goal because the only player waiting is opposition?? I've got more questions than answers and all of them have been asked at various times but they recur !!1 EVERY week.Non stop. There is no game plan. There is no method. There is no light at the end of the tunnel. We have lost the best part of a decade and we've been hoodwinked by hype and "smoke behind the windows"!!!I've been a strident supporter of Buckley.I even named my dog after him.I now just call him Bucky. Not any more.He is the one who continually plays the Broomheads and Phillips and Langdons and drops the one's we need most. He needs to be gone. This week preferably.I know he doesn't play but he is the beacon. The leader. The one who formulates our path to success and it's all going down the gurgler. Anyone???

From yours and Walshy's lips to whoever runs this whole thing ears.inxs88 wrote:The most ominous thing for Bux today isn't the loss. It was Geoff Walsh when on 3AW today quoted to the effect that "even Jock McHale wouldn't be able to absorb more losses than wins......"
Sounds like the jungle drums internally are starting to beat!
Surely this can't go on.

So the usual Scooby.
Nothing but personal abuse.
Why don't you contribute with something interesting.
A little bit of analysis would be good.
And by the way Scooby.
I don'y care about personal abuse.
In fact, I eat it for Brekkie!

Unfortunately, i think Bucks has to bow out like a professional at the end of the season and just say that he gave it his best shot ,but he couldn`t string a winning side together. Loved him as a footballer and respect him as a person , but i think the time has come to step aside.
We need a game plan and that starts with having a fast running side that is fit and committed to each other. Everyone has to have their " game smarts " hat on every week . No use being a good footballer if your teammates aren`t all synced to the plan and the ball gets turned over all the time or is completely missing targets ,like today`s pathetic effort.
I agree with the comments about Treloar blindly handballing over his head in the hope one of our blokes is on the end of it, but most times that doesn`t happen. Personally , i think he is currently over-rated. He tries to be fancy & evasive on the field ,but he`s no Didak or Daicos. He could be a terrific footballer for us ,but he is coughing up the ball too much.
Don`t let Ben Reid stay out of the side. He is a cool head and one of our most valuable players, i reckon. Unfortunately , he may only have a short few years of AFL left. Times flies.
I won`t single out anymore ,other than the two i just mentioned ,but we need a clean start. We need the club to sit down and have a good hard look at itself and where it is going.
Is there a succession plan in place for Eddie ?
How frustrating is it to be a Collingwood supporter ?
