He will be cleared 100%. The charge of "intentional umpire contact" makes it a certainty he'll be cleared because, (i) they cant prove contact was made and (ii) they cant prove that it was intentional.
i reckon green will get a huge fine and able to play v cats i just have a feeling that the umpire could have moved out of the way and that green could not as he had a player on his other side and he just brushed past the ump.
Im not celebrating until after the appeal. Knowing our luck, Greene will get hos suspension dropped to 2 weeks because "it's not right for suspensions to cost players a GF spot"
I think they probably know there's no way they can make the grand final this year. Would have been interesting to see what would have happened if Greene had done this in a prelim.
