Coach Buckley will have the final say in this. After yesterday's post match press conference I really hope his actions speak louder than his words.

Yeah the expert on poison speaks...jack_spain wrote:If this is true don't even worry about the reserves. Sack him immediately. The club knows he is a one of the best CHF's and can play. They believe he is a professional will see him give 100% to seasons end like Ablett Jnr did. The trouble is he does not care and is playing not to get injured, he just goes through the motions. There has been no intensity to his game since West Coast. He showed the club then what he can do and wants more money. they had a meeting he did not get the dollars and bang he is out.
Send him to the Reserves as it's affecting the other players, we can cover him but you have to get it working now. You can see it as his team mates don't speak to him or embrace him anymore so they know what's going on. Hopefully he spits the dummy and does not turn up to play.
+1 and agree, send him to the reserves. He will be useless in finals anyway. Give Tarrant a few weeks to get used to being the sole target.
Cloke is a disgrace. Can't wait to learn which moron club will damage their own playing list to fit him in.
This problem is really easy to solve for the AFL. Simply rule that no contract negotiations are to be carried out during the playing season with massive fines and stripping of points if clubs do not comply.
Better yet, get rid of the salary cap and make everyone a free agent.

TO be fair jack, I sure as hell didnt see Abbott or the Lib nats vote against that pollies pay rise either, or the Greens either. ! They are all tarred with the same brush, I have been virtually disenfranchised lately, I dont trust anyone of em. !!jack_spain wrote:Spoken like yet another Labor supporter living off the public purse. That is the funniest post by a rabid Left-winger I've read since (Liberal -in-disguise) Paul Keating led the Labor party.
Do you think the average worker can bargain for an additional $100,000 a year when his performance indicators are way down? Oh that's right, Politicians can and do. They just voted themselves a $44,000 a year pay rise and then got an additional $5,000 for an indexed salary increase of 3%.
You know what. If that's what the Left stands for these days then that's exactly why our society is so stuffed!
Obviously that's beyond your limited intellect to understand.
And of course the more we wreck ourselves the more you love it.
I would give my left one to have Petrie, how good would he be in a good side.obleex wrote:Any chance we can get rid of this muppet and bring Petrie in? Now HE is a footballer.
He's pretty good is a good side at the moment!Pa Marmo wrote:I would give my left one to have Petrie, how good would he be in a good side.obleex wrote:Any chance we can get rid of this muppet and bring Petrie in? Now HE is a footballer.
What ever good work he may have done over those 150 game has been thrown away over the last month. Muppet seems pretty appropriate. Even if he does sign now, he will still be a muppet. Muppet is pretty tame when compared to what he was being called on Saturday afternoon.Pies4shaw wrote:Any chance we could avoid calling players who have played 150 games for Collingwood "muppet"?
