Bob Rose - Memorial on Friday

Just reported that there is going to be a Memorial service for all at the Melbourne Town Hall on Friday morning at 10 am and then afterwards at Vic Park (I'm guessing to coincide with training and the sausage sizzle already planned)

Not only was Bobby Rose a legend of the CFC he is a legend of the VFL turn AFL. My mum Loved him, and I had the honour of meeting him in 1990 after the Pies win. I will always remember the tears he shed that day.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

on WLF tonight they said fox footy would be covering the Memorial service on tv for all those that can't make it to the service.
I'll post the times as soon as I have them.

My deepest sympathy to all collingwood supporters on the recent Passing on Bob Rose! He was a national treasure for your footy club and i know he will be saddly missed!

i will be there on friday for the memorial service at the town hall,to be honest i wouldnt have a clue where the town hall is,can anyone tell me where it is??

its ok,i found the melbourne town hall,its up swanston st,found it in the melbourne,what time does the service start??

Juts got back from a conference and this has been my first chance to post. Condolences to the Rose family on the passing of Bob. As has already been said, he was not only a football and Collingwood champion but a great bloke and family man. He will be dearly missed but will live in our hearts and in our Club forever.
