God barracks for Collingwood.
He sits next Jock with his Collingwood jumper on, in the coaches box and gets tips from the master while they watch Rose, Lee, the Colliers, the Coventrys, the Pannams, Dibbsy and Jack sharing the fullback spot, Proudfoot, Frank and Jack Galbally on the HBF, Ron Todd pulling down huge marks (When Dick Lee is not) and, of course, Pants owns the wing.
That is all common knowledge.
What people don't know is that the back of God's jumper has the number 42.

I have to say, I was deadset spooked when I read this for the first time. But I believe it. Where else do people go one they die? Its a nice thought, that's for sure, to think that they are still roaming the turf at Victoria Park. It'd be nice for it to be 100% real, too, but I guess we'll never know...

Finally after all the crap I have read from you Eddiegold something that I can finally agree with you on - religion is a wank!!!!!
That is certainly a freaky story - wonder if he has made it over to the Lexus Centre for training and had a quite word to the new boys.
An entire final series with a broken thumb - what a champion - my favourite player.
Keep his number retired forever.

I agree with EG. However, the fact that so many people want to believe this story simply demonstrates how much Pants was loved and revered by us all. In that sense his spirit does live on in the hearts of a great many Collingwood supporters.EddieGold wrote:All religion is a wank.Johnson#26 wrote:And you know, because...
