The intercept mark was caused by a crocker tackle. Blair was just standing there and the ball hit him on the chest.MagpieBat wrote:His intercept mark and goal aside, I would file his game away under "useless".stui magpie wrote:Agreed. It's pretty much an indictment on the rest, as Blair hasn't been that good.MagpieBat wrote: That is not as impressive as you make it out to be...
Which doesn't exactly say much for the rest of the side.
But I'm sure he'll be named our best...

Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

Right place and right time. He looked to me to be the best for most of the second half, put his body in when needed. This is not to say he's a star but he seemed to do plenty of grunt work. Many others were far less conspicuous.stui magpie wrote:The intercept mark was caused by a crocker tackle. I know he's got great physicality and can withstand tacking and stand and still get the ball out, but does anyone else worry that Wills is a one trick pony? Can he do much else? I'm not trying to knock the kid, but I'm beginning to understand why he has struggled to force his way into the seniors. Sier seems to have a little more going for him, but even he doesn't seem to do much.
