2023 is his make or break year.

I am not optimistic about his chances, but I really hope he proves me wrong.

Now or never for him.

I haven't seen much so far to suggest he'll make it, but here's hoping he proves the doubters wrong.

Apparently, they are giving him syrup to turn him into James Clement.

I will put my long neck out and say that he is a late developer as many biggish players are. I have the same faith the club has in him.

Well, he certainly wasn't an early developer, so here's hoping. The Club doesn't have much "faith" in him at all. They've recruited McStay and Frampton (so far) and given him a 12-month "show us something or you're done" contract.

He had a solid second half of the year in the 2s, finally being injury free for more than a month. I'm with you lazza, there are some signs he might be starting to get things going for himself.

Hopefully we can create some healthy competition for spots especially the 2nd and 3rd tall in the backline. It will also free up Howe to play a bit more loose as he is an excellent mark and kick.

Hmm.

Look, I've seen Will up close in the VFL. I thought to myself, this guy could be the key forward we've been needing for so many years. This was a couple seasons back now though.

He is a very good mark of the ball. However, his kicking still needs improvement. But I think he is capable of playing inside F50. He has been played at both ends of the ground in the VFL and I guess had played most of his time in defence.

At 194cm, I think it was worth keeping him around at least one more year just to make sure. He has, as you all know, has a bad run with injury whilst also having his development years affected by the 2 covid struck seasons.

If only he has Oli Henrys goal sence.

Too injury prone imo. Hope I'm wrong and wish him well cos I reckon he has some talent
