People who aren't self aware. When their behaviour is continously addressed, for them to only put the blame on everyone other than themselves. It's never them, they're being picked on.

Victim mentality? See it all the time, yet if someone behaved toward them the way they behave toward others, they would be the first to get offended and scream "bullying and harrassment".

Ask me another question. The ALICE chat robot can follow many things, like our discussion about [quotestui magpie] bullying and harrassment. But I did not get that. What time is it there?

And in my case, they come to me for some reason expecting I'm going to vindicate them. Some times I'd so like to gangsta slap some sense into them.

Oh, and Ash, with the emails, company etiqyutte is so funny. Where I used to work, if I'd sent out something that wasn't clear, I'd get an email from someone saying "Stui, what the f&ck is that drivel?", now I'd get an email going, "dear Stuart, I didn't fully understand, can you please clarify"

I can't get the hang of starting emails with "dear", so I'm sure half them think I'm a rude pr1ck.

I can't do the "HI" emails, or the "CHEERS", so I go for the aussie approuch and start my emails with G'day...... just can't figure out the ending and usually end with "regards". Maybe OO ROO would be the Aussie "regards", not sure if thats right though, any thoughts?

I have come across this myself, quite a lot, and find it much easier to take no notice of people who have no idea of consequences. They eventually shoot themselves in the foot, and the world sees them for who they really are.

hehe, no emails at my work. Just the age old art of yelling at the top of one's voice, be it standing 50 m away or in your face. This way everyone gets to hear, thus eliminating the need for multiple forwarding :)

I always do the cheers bit at the end of my e-mails at work. Though I do know it annoys one person. hehehe.

If I even said the F word at work i'd be up for a code of conduct breach.

Yeah same.. I usually start with Hi <name> and end with Kind regards but I kind of have to keep it formal because almost every single piece of correspondence, whether internal or external, is put on file and may need to be filed as evidence in court (I work for a law firm) so imagine saying Oi dumb arse, you forgot to include company name in the f**kin signing clause. hehehe

yeh im used to it like that in australia, im in the middle east now and its driving me nuts for no real reason....other than people just shouldnt be this polite all the time lol. loosen up

my emails look like kindergartens compared to theirs haha. i would just shoot one off like "will get back to you soon, cheers". no Dear......, no paragraph full of pleasantries. no signature with every single one of my contact details. no 100 word clause about "if you received this email by accident...please remove it immediately"

baaah!

Thank God its Thursday!!!!!
