I work on Wednesday nights but just make it home just as it starts! Its the best show! hahaha
how funny was it when Scotty said he was starting a new training program that day and he had to leave to do 40 laps. HAHAH His 40 laps was 2 metres away! hehehe he's such a pisser that guy!!!!!

Its on FOX channel on Wednesdays at 6.30pm. I also heard that it is on Chan 31, normal TV...check the guide
