It was a fantastic banner and a great tribute to a great man.

Great job to the people involved in organising and presenting it.

Ian...... The Bobby Rose side of the runthru is in the Herald Sun today.... Sport Supplement page 43... The bottom line of it would have read... A Legend Forever....

Yep, my sentiments as well. Just awesome guys well done. The artwork was brilliant. Also a great effort in holding it up for so long in that wind.

Just a quick question - When were the pics of Bob painted? And who did them?

They were great and I imagine they would have taken a long time.

Col Bodie (Cartoon Shop in Bentleigh) is the great man who at a minutes notice did the artwork for us...... As soon as we found out on Tuesday night we rang Col and told him what we wanted.... and Bingo!! they were ready for us by Thursday morning...... Col does all our caricatures..... He is a fabulous artist ,great Collingwood man and a dear friend of the c/squad....

Thanks Col.... thanks a million times over for all that you do for the cheersquad.....

Has anyone thought of rewarding Col Bodie other than a thankyou? Maybe he doesn't want any more but if we not perhaps a plaque or a maybe even Eddie could mention him on the footy show?
Be nice to show our thanks for such a brilliant job!
