Is it just me or does it seem like anthony is playing with a lot more confidence. He's taking stronger marks and making his presence known around the ground. Seems as though sav being gone in the long run has done a lot for anthony, he's no longer just the shadow of big saverio, he's slowly making a name for himself in the team. Maybe his goal kicking isn't as great as what it could be, but he's certainly having a lot to do with the result of the game.
Jess you have summed it up perfectly. Anthony Rocca is influencing games especially when he goes into the ruck. Hopefully his goal kicking will improve as the year goes on. Its a good sign though that we keep winning.

EVERYONE IS A COLLINGWOOD SUPPORTER ITS JUST THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE IN DENIAL
I cant believe this is the same A.Rocca from the start of the year. He has played great against Port and the Saints, prob winning the game for us in certain ways.
Its a pity he stuffed up against the roos, but it seems to have made him better.
Anthony is playing well, He is definatly gaining confidence and it is good to see him doing well without Saverio around to take up all the attention!!!
He has alot of room left for improvement though...so hopefully this is just the beggining of a better Ant Rocca!
Yep Spidey, I'm still kicking!
Is Pebbles hanging out for more money? Last I heard it was a 2 year contract and it was supposed to be signed within 2 weeks which was 1-2 weeks ago!!
Don't worry Em, I can't see Anthony leaving, not by choice anyway. If he did then who else could he count on for his weekly "GO ANTHONY" at any other clubs?
