Joel Smith would fit in well at CFC
From just mucking around on afl.com.au i found at poll that said Joel Smith from Hawthorn is up on the market! I can't understand why Collingwood havent pounced on him.
So We Give Hawthorn:
Either
Cole and 3rd Pick
or
Lokan and 3rd Pick
What you guys think?

cant believe you put lokan and cole in the same breath.
Second, joel smith is shit.
He plays wide, and needs to cut his hair, although that has nothing to do with it. But anyone that fails to repay his club for their commitment to him when they had a serious knee injury, for more money...
Doesnt deserve to be at collingwood. PERIOD.

This was at the bottom of the Scott West article.Hawthorn's Joel Smith is considering a new contract offer from the Hawks, delivered on Friday.
Originally, Smith was understood to be dissatisfied with contract negotiations and on the verge of asking to be traded.

Good pick up labrooy. I was about to ask where this so-called third round pick was going to come from.
Seeing as though everyone seems to think our best dealing tool is a player plus pick three, maybe we can offer our second pick for someone else's third pick as a straight trade!

would be a nice pick up but not for a good player, as others have pointed out he wont play up to his market value, so to speak, so he would come at too high a cost. I don't think he's as bad as people are saying, this year they were all crap at the Hawks so thinking back to previous years he was ok, and he's versitile. He'd fit in well at th ePies no doubt, but he wouldn't add that much considering we've got Lonie, Cole, BJ etc.
