If Brown get's suspended for 6-10 weeks for 2005. The Lions may off load him.
What does everyone think. Should or would we pick him up???

I doubt they will get rid of him, but if they did he'd be bloody handy.

As if the Bears would get rid of him!
There's no way in hell he's going anywhere for a while, now that dog has retired.

Yeah, the Lions may off load him, and Willy may get promoted to senior ranks and win the flag.

Well the talk up here is that they are pretty pissed with him. He was lucky to get off the last time and they expect revenge from the AFL. Apparently he has been told numerous times to keep his nose clean or there will be consequences.
Don't be surprised.

Don't be suprised in 10 years time when Brown is still at Brisbane and this post makes you look like a real fool. Clubs get rid of duds like Aaron James for bad behaviour. They do not get rid of potential superstars. Thats just moronic.

I think thats a bit over the top MS1986. It was a valid question. While it may not happen, there is nothing wrong with posting an opinion.
Attack the post, and not the poster.

If Brisbane got rid of Brown, which football club would not pick the man up! Who cares about his record! He has been playing for only a few years and has 3 Premierships behind his belt. Now that is an incredible effort. The way that man plays in so couragoues he doesnt give a rats ass if a truck hit him!
Plus teams need a little Grunt. Maybe not as much as he dishes out but its a needed part of football team. Ever Since Collingwood lost Molloy we have no one! Our best next big tough man is Big Tex Walker!
If Brown came to Collingwood w would send him to anger Management and he will be a brownlow medalist in no time!

Brown is one of the best players in the league. Regardless of how many weeks he is out suspended there is no way he would leave lions unless he wanted to move back to Victoria.

I thought it was interesting to see that Gary O'D, in his new post at the Bombers has said that brown needs to calm down on the field quickly before he ruins his career

He wants to be the next Wayne Carey, but is definitly not going the right way about it. He is not a star, and I doubt he ever will be. Overrated IMO.
