I think we need to draft a mid-age, mature player with a bit of experience and a good performance record.

Would improve the list and would be like throwing a few raw chops to the baying supporters. Who are rabid at the moment after a poor-season and will no doubt want some blood if we don't trade again this year.

All the small deals will get done in the next 3 hours.

We've got McKee and McGough that want to go to other clubs, so if its for a pick or a player, something is likely to happen.
Then the club will have the other players on the 'touchable' list that are up for grabs and given the big deals are through, the small feathers will fly.

Yep agree with whats been said so far in this thread. We need to add depth to our squad, something that lacked this season. This can be done in 2 ways:

1. recruiting a matured and experienced performer
2. To grab a quick, skillful midfielder

Grabbing either of these will give us more depth and in regards to the second one, our midfield will be very well balanced and potent. I just hope the club realises that even if we get no one, we are still well placed to get someone in the PSD for the first option that i mentioned.
