Thank you to all that has either showed up or mailed in their application, we have almost 40 members already signed up, with many others still to mail in their application.
It was a great sign on day with many families coming and enjoying the Collingwood conversation and atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the easter egg hunt, but mostly people showed their enthusiasm and support for the club, as well as the sausage sizzle.
For those still thinking about joining up, go to our website at qld.magpies.net and download an application or just contact me and I will point you in the right direction.
It is going to be a great year, and our first function looks set for Anzac day on April 25. MOre details with come soon about that function.

G'Day Rumple,
At Capalaba Park Shopping Centre (cnr Redland Bay & Mt Cotton Rds, Capalaba.) There is a store called WILD, They sell various AFL products and have said to me that if you contact them, they are prepared to give your club a discount on merchandise.
They currently have a bulk order for the Essendon QLD Club for some towels and something else, I can't remember.
The Bumblers only have 20 members and are getting a discount.
So, if your interested, pop in and see them.
