Rocca and Licuria should be co captains, they are why we won. Good to see tarrant kick 5, take contested marks and kick it straight. Best game i've watched in a while.

How good is the feeling of a win.
It puts a spring in your step, colours look brighter, the roses smell better, food tastes better and we beat Carlton.

4. forget trying to over possess and fluff around

Reece still a bit sloppy with kicks but he is looking the goods this year. Williams made the most of his oppurtunities.

Davis is lookin fit and firing. Would have liked to see him with some more game time.

Rocca and Tarrant both did great in second half.

Great 100th game from Tarkyn.

Cole did too much second guessing, but very tough and agressive.

Cloke still gotta work on speed I think but he is smart with taps.

Holland very nice game.

Maxwell way to go.

...and we had to do it the hard way and beat the umpires too! I can't believe the scum got 5 goal from free kicks.

Excellent second half.

I was thinking to myself in the first half that the basic skill errors that we were continuing to make from the previous 2 weeks were spreading through the team like a cancer and zapping our confidence.

Then when Tarrant got his 2nd goal you could see the positive effect on him and the team. Hopefully this will continue to build confidence for the future.
