Who to trade, who to keep, what we need

Luke Godden never put a foot wrong in a totally defensive role in 1998. I lost count of the times he intercepted against the flow of the play by putting his body on the line. This year, he was encouraged to be more attacking and that meant taking more risks. Sometimes he came undone but he showed he can be an important link player when he finds direction with his kicking. Totally committed players like Godden only come along once in a while. Malthouse will make him one of his most reliable players. I'm in Foxy's corner on Godden and the Rocca brothers.
