Well I didn't see much of Barnesy this year but do any of you think he maybe worth 1-2year risk???
I think Geelong is in the proverbial and can't afford to pay these players huge amounts for the moment. Not that I think John Barnes is worth much. He could be the THUG that is needed.

I don't think we should entertain the idea....I see Barnsey as at a very similar stage in his career to Monkey. So why ditch Monkey and then pick up Barnes? I think we are covered in the ruck now well and truly. Richo, and the Roccas are an adequate back up brigade.

Bones: in a word, NO

Damien is spot on: why basically swap like-for-like? If you'd draft Barnes, keep Monky instead.
