Pick 1+3 In December???

Does anyone know if we get pick 1 and 3 in the December draft?

I thought we did but i was just reading on the Age site that with us getting O'Bree, Manton would probably go to Melbourne since he wont move interstate.

And did Chris Jonson re-sign with Brisbane? I assume he did or is likely to as we aren't chasing him anymore.
