Very very good game by Marty Clarke. Definitely got a few cheap touches across half back, but also was 4th highest for Contest touches, and Collingwoods equal best (with BJ) both on 9. Almost half of his possessions were contested. Also had 15 kicks, 12 of which were effective, which was our 2nd best (behind Tarks) and 5th best on the field. Add to that he was our highest rebounder from 50.....all in all an extremely good game from the kid, and desperately unlucky to miss out on votes.
Rocca also a very good game and unlucky, so to Josh and Pendles.
While giving credit, Lonie's first half was excellent, and Richards game was one of his best of the year if you ask me. Not only got some lovely taps to advantage...actually DID things around the ground as well. Not enough to get carried away or anything, but his performance crapped all over Bryan's effort last week.
