How to put Quote in the white space??

Could some one please tell me how you put the quote into the white space as a highlight............for some reason?????? I dont seem to be able to do it.

You press the blue and white quote button up there on the top right of each post.

Be careful that if you are deliting any irrelevant part of that quote, make sure the

are still at the front of the post and the end of what you are quoting.

Gee................no white space for me Kaylene....................I clicked on quote button..................and your quote comes up.........on the same background, as my writing.

you probably need to tick always use BBCode in your preferences on your profile, or something like that perhaps...
