I don't think you can but you can edit the title to something like 'ignore' and remove the contents.
It would be considered to be poor netiquette to delete or modify a post (as described above) that had replies unless the post was offensive or breeched the sites T&C's.

How would Siri know when to answer "Hey Siri" unless it is listening in to everything you say?
