Belt Ted.

A symbol of our team.

Usually if our reserves are going well, the seniors are going well.

And vicer versa.

By the way, Prismall should be a target for next year.

I think a lot of people have the wrong expectations of our VFL team.

Remember why it established it in the first place? To develop our players they way we wanted instead of just playing them in a VFL team.

What this means is we can now control what positions they play and teach them to develop in a position, instead of just putting them in the best spot for the team to win.

What that means is that we may lose more games. This is not because we want to, but because we are developing players as required.
e.g. We all know Dawes can play CHF and if he was playing for Williamstown, their coach would play him their so that he can get a win. However, as we have this team to develp players, this week he played CHB. This gives him an opportunitey to learn a new craft, which would have been denied if it was not our team. It might cost a few wins, but the whole idea is to ready the players for the AFL team.

One major draw back of this... Are our players are learning a losing culture?
