According to the Australian Copyright Council, you can only lend (but not give) recordings from TV or Radio to members of your family and household, but not other people.

I have contacted IP Australia,I have also got an invention that I am waiting on (trademark & copyright on......) and they advise me that if the site and the forum is NFP that you can register Nicks as this and you can and would be allowed to sell,BUT as far as recording is concerned,if there is a small copyright with the R in a circle, then you have to get permission to reproduce........and again you are only able to show/play this if you have the appropriate ACMA license.
