Obviously I'll take a win however it comes but a good hard demolishing would be great. If our mental state is right we should swat them like a bug. They're an annoyance to us on our way to securing a top 4 H&A finish and we should treat them like so.

The greatest risk is that we are flat or complacent this week.
But I believe our players themselves believe they have their greatest rivalry against the Tiges. A few of them have personel gripes from the field against the Tiges and this tension will spread within our team.
Considering the King vs didak in 2009 + Maxwells comments after the game and King vs cloke/didak in 2010 praccy and following melees, I think the boys will be right for this one.
Hopefully a profesional demolision of this mob.
The Tiges have been good over the last 6 weeks. But last week may have seen them hit the wall. They may have played their spurt and its all they have for 2010.
From reports the tiges couldn't handle the full press defensive zones from the Kangas.
So pretty obvious that we'll adopt our 18 man defensive press.
We simply need to zone a spare man off Reiwoldt. He is their insperation and we must not let him lead any charges.
Cotchin is out. So their mid field is weaker for it.
Our mids should dominate them.
We should again consider any players with niggles that would benifit with a week off, should have this week off. (last time I said this we drew with Dees). Ball's groin issues need management. Heater's back, Presti's general sorness etc.
Also an opportunity to release our younger brigade of mids onto the ball too. Beams, Siddey, Blair, should be given good stints in the middle for development purposes. Or should I say, they will get a heavier rotation in the middle and the likes of Swan and Didak rotated more often down front or HBF etc.
Maxwell is probably likely this week too. Good opportunity for him to get game time for the tough matches that follow against the Blues and Cats.
You'd think Fraser might get his 200th this week too. Jolly has been great as sole ruck and it's claerly our best set up. But we need to lighten his work load every few weeks to ensure he remains fresh. IMO Fraser can come into provide that relief.
It doesn't matter if we beat the Tiges by 5 goals or 20 goals. What matters is that we firstly secure the 4 points and then do whats best for the team and players in the longer term.
In any case, IMO 100 point wins are no good for team at this stage of the season. Especially when we have the drawn 2 point differential. I believe they instill bad habits. I believe our smashing and the non-competativeness of the Tiges in 2009 was the start of the rot for us last year. We didn't play well after that game. Competative games is what we need to keep tuned for September.
It may be our fortune that we play the likes of the top 4 teams twice this year. It will keep us fine tuned for September.
So as enjoyable as 100 point drubbings are. Be careful what you wish for.
A solid earned 10 goal win is far better than a 100 point non-competative massicare.

Who do we bring in , if anyone??
I think it will only be a case of players returning from injuries, and resting players. Don't think anyone deserves to miss from last weeks effort.
Maybe Maxy for Goldy? Maybe Medders for Caff? Would like to see Josh given a chance to redeem and crack the 200, but just no room at the moment. This my friends is a good dilema to have.
As DTM said, could be a tougher game than we think, but i think will win and still be on top

There can be no complacency in this team anymore for the rest of the season. All sides need to be destroyed mercilessly. We need to display our dominance to the entire footballing fraternity. We must announce ourselves as the undisputed #1 team in the AFL, starting with the Saints, tame the Tigers, rock the Blues, scruff the Cats, blast the Bombers, clip the Crows and hang the Hawks.
