All our mids except for Pendles were soft tonight. Nobody put their bodies on the line like the last 2 weeks.

Areas to improve on for 2013:
- Personell: Get Ball, Caff & Keefe into that side. Develop Witts, it's time.
- Skills: Hitting targets by foot and hand HAVE to improve, they are no longer elite.
- Speed: Need genuine leg speed to compliment our inside mids which most of them are.
- Forwardline: Needs more agility and flair, needs to get dangerous again.

Have a Jack Daniels now and reflect upon an over-rated/empty promises year.

Go the Pies!
RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.

MONCO: Your life.

The week off for Swans was Really Telling.

With things that has happend over the last 2 weeks just looks like it caught up with the Boys.

Though Swans just made sure they Finished 2nd to the Hawks.

OKAY Cloke are you going to Stay or Go?

Bring on the Off-Season and to Re-Build

Best wishes to the Swans. The better side on the day won the game fair and square.

We will settle our debts with you next year. In the meantime, travel well Swannies, and belt the absolute living carp out of Hawthorn next week.

Very disappointing. This was a game we needed to win.

Harry was our best. Jolly tried hard. Cloke did well with limited opportunity. Pendlebury was our only good mid.

Maybe the week off was what did it, but we played disappointing footy most of the night, with only a few good patches.
Well done boys!

Umpires will be confused next week no black and white to rape. Not that umpiring had any influence on the game. Simply beaten by the better team tonight. Much as it galls me to say that. I still am proud of our guys. Hard to come up after a 6 day break and a funeral against a side off a two week break.
Gosh you are quick locking thread . here in KL game still on. But over as I know no hope now. Bruce I wish you would just ejaculate and get it over with

Well done Pies on another Preliminary Final but ran out of energy. We didn't play our best football all year and had some shocking injuries so had a tough prelim to play (we might have won if we finished 1st or 2nd).

The J-Mac funeral probably didn't help our preparation but it was important to do. RIP J-Mac.

Well done Chris Tarrant... sorry we couldn't get you a Premiership.

Let's find out the true state of our injuries. Who has been playing injured all year.

Looking forward to having Luke Ball back next year.

The better team won. At least we gave it a shake towards the end and gave the Swans a scare. Blair and O'Brien were great, Toovey magnificent in defence, Thomas and Swan fought hard and Cloke and Dawes stood up. Nothing went right for Johnson or Sidebottom.

Ah well. Perhaps it's for the best. A Hawks v Swans grand final will at least make for a tight contest. I'll be cheering for Rhyce.

Thanks for the memories, Chris. Great to see one last goal.

+1

Also, Thank you Taz - a Magpie champion through and through :D

What DTM said too. Just too much over the last fortnight for us to keep going.

Well done Collingwood. We'll be back bigger and better in 2013.

Yep

Been a hell of a year.

Sad but proud.

We did well to get here, with the knees injuries, off field shit, and the death of a close friend....

Proud of the boys.

Side By Side.

Always

No Ifs no buts, with us or against us.

I'll be back next year.

Go Pies

( and go crows and swans! Take the pain away from Vic!)
You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!
