KB just announced that apparently Lynch agreed to go to the pies for 2
Thoughts?
I think it'd be a big win ..

Just posted the same thing in the Draft/Trade forum (which should perhaps be renamed to the Draft/Trade/Free Agency Forum).
I wouldn't be against Lynch joining, it would certainly fill our second ruck issue for a couple of years.

We have been looking for a Leigh Brown replacement for a while - hopefully Lynch can do the job!

the turd was correct about Cloke too. He knows stuff all. He played in the 80's not now and he is even on the outer at his own club. The turd knows nothing. Switch stations.

Try Standing upwind from KB. His Verbal diarrhea does not smell as bad.
I hate the off season

Forget the KB bit for a minute. There is a worthy discussion in regards to whether Lynch would be a good fit at Collingwood or not.

Had this discussion few years ago. I said back then he would be handy to fill the role that Anvil performed.
Was shut down, apparently he is a dud??
But then a lot said Anvil was a dud as well!!

I think the general feeling is the Lynch has improved a bit over the last couple of years. He isn't playing the key forward role he once played.

I think there are better options. I just don't rate Lynch as a third tall / 2nd ruck option. His age is an issue for one thing.
Happy for him to go to Carlton because he won't do anything there and they will quickly find out how ordinary he is.
Wouldn't Martin be a better option for example?

How many goals has Martin kicked over the past two seasons?
Was he injured this year? I don't think he played much footy.

Moloney finished the year off in the reserves too though.
Melbourne are clearly looking long-term and it seems Martin was not their preferred option.
