What does everyone think of the rule that after a report, a 50m penalty is automatically rewarded to the opposition? Time and again the report has been dropped - and a 50m penalty is potentially match winning. Time for a rule change?

I personally think the rule should be scrapped, but if that is not possible, then the umpires should at least not report the player at the time of the indiscretion and should take note of the incident for review later on in the video match review.
The 50 metre penalty is too big a penalty to be handed out when the umpires always get it wrong anyway. Maybe the 50m should be paid if the p;ayer has actually hurt the opposition player.
