Been hearing news grabs about this today on the radio every hour.
Anybody got more details??
Culprit, you're involved down at East Burwood aren't you??

The news grabs state that some players in the senior side were made to run laps in the nude as punishment for poor performance.
Would love to know more detail to be able to form an opinion.............

Have an Emergency Board Meeting tonight, can't comment until after that. Looks like I'm running the media gauntlet tonight? Do I wear a jacket over my head?

Will look for guy with jacket over head heading to board room! LMAO!!!!

Being serious - if you're able to let us know what actually happened after your board meeting that would be great. We all know the media word things to sensationalise them........

It was Bootsma posting pics of the players doing naked laps on Snapchat that caused all the fuss. :P

Misreported in the press. No U17's or Juniors involved. An investigation by the league is in place and the ramifications could be severe. Times have changed and what may have been OK 20 years ago isn't OK now.

I don't care much about public nudity in general and it'd be fine if it were some bizarre team-bonding exercise, but if it was an exercise in humiliation then I think the coaching staff have serious questions to answer. Contrary to the presumptions of some, a football club is not Abu Graib prison.

It's media overkill. As soon as the investigation is done and the truth is revealed then make your judgement.
