I think Sav has had enough chances. He will have to kick at least 4 to stay in the team for next week and must be a consistent goal kicker for the rest of the season to stay with the Pies. I used to be a big fan of his but I think he is finished. He would not have got this many chances at any other club. I do hope he makes me eat humble pie though.

Looks like Tyson Lane may be traded at the end of the season. He has become one of those many fringe players at Collingwood. In the seniors one week and then out the next. I thought that he may have been the answer to our forward pocket problems but he seems to have lost form and is played on the ball too much. I would leave him as a goal sneek forward pocket.

Cheers for now.

How can you say that I can't of been much of a fan? A person can only have so much patience. Lets be real. You are obviously a big fan of his but you are not being realistic. The man does not have much to offer anymore. We cannot afford to keep giving him a chance only to be let down season after season. He may have an excuse that he doesn't do a full pre-season but when it comes down to the fact that he doesn't play consistently well we can not keep him in the team. He started well on Friday night. He was leading strong but went back into his shell in the second half. He did one of his usual tricks and dropped a sitter and then he loses his confidence and stops leading. Anyway I am ranting a bit now. Just remember that I was a big fan but have lost patience and it is just my opionion. Then again I really hope he proves me wrong.

Cheers
