Chant suggestion

Post by WhyPhilWhy? »

My humblest apologies to our esteemed chant leader if he is already using this, but something came to me while I was watching Nick Davis kick his goal on Friday night.

With the tune of the Bob the Builder song going through my head (don't ask why), I heard myself muttering to myself:
<B>"NICKY DAVIS - he will kick it,
NICKY DAVIS - will kick it!</B>

It also works well for Nathan Buckley, Scotty Cummings and Chrissy Tarrant, etc etc.

Imagine its the 30 minute mark of the last quarter and we are 5 points down. One of our boys is a little nervous, lining up from 50 out when they here the chant go up from the cheer squad.
<B>ANNNNNTHONY ROCCA - he will kick it
ANNNTHONY ROCCA - will kick it!"</B>

Please use it good health.............

I've heard that hey baby song done at the soccer Image it's awesome if a large group does it, esp. the ooh ahh bit.

"..we flew at them as a hawk to his prey, passed through them in the disordered state in which they were, separated them into two distinct parts and then tacked upon their largest division.." -- Captain Cuthbert Collingwood, 1797

G'day fellow supporters.

You people do a fantastic job and I'd like to thank you for leading the army.

I do have a suggestion - can you slow down the "COLLINGWOOD (clap clap clap)" so that the 2nd level at the G can join in. It's a bit hard to get into it when you seem to go through it so fast.

What normally happens is the 2nd level starts its own chant but it really doesn't happen like it would if you people led it.

Please don't take this as criticism because I really appreciate the work you people do.

Good old Collingwood forever

Dave
