I was reading the Herald Sun today(sunday the 8th) and i noticed a lil article about Nicky Davis. It seems to me that he does need a bit of help to confince him to stay at the pies. As most of you know he is my fav player but i post this not as his fan but as a pie fan wanted a talented player to stay. Maybe we could do something at the prelim game to show him our support for him and help him decide to stay with us. If n e 1 has a suggestion plz post it as it really would b e shame to lose such a talented player and overall great guy.

if he wants to go, let him but signs similar to what sydney fans did for paul roos might have more effect. something to show you wnat him to stay because he's collingwood, not because you like him.

Agreed. If he wants to go let him. He has to want to stay inside not because of a banner we put up or a petition. I think he will stay in the end. Collingwood isn't his problem. He's stated that. He just wants to go back to the home state. His heart has to be at Collinwood or we will never get the most out of him. Give him time...he'll come around.
