Not a Bad Idea and I seen some Sites/Trackers do that.think positive wrote:so basically once its off block buster status, make it free. im guessing some would go for that or close to it,
problem is people will still want the latest releases, and they should be protected from piracy
That something has to be out for a Certain Time before they allow it to be Uploaded.
So there Movie/Music/TV Show/Video Game has the chance for at least who made it to get there Money Back

Amazingly the Studios made streaming affordable and people joined. Now the studios offer premium packages for more dollars and block content to the peasants and people are surprised piracy is on the rise once again.
We are in a lull at the moment regarding what's available as there has been so much shit produced that downloading anything is a waste of time.

DTM the intent of movie makers etc. is not to break even. They need to make a profit so they can pay for the next one.

Yes. But the intent of copyright laws centuries ago, before which no one considered making copies of texts, etc. a bad thing, was not to make movie studios rich decades after the primary creator of the work has died.ronrat wrote:...
